Looking for a place to start your spring planting? We have a few garden beds open at the Spruce Acres Farm community garden for the upcoming season!🌱

Located at 1286 East Main Road in Middletown, the garden has water, deer fencing, and 8x4 beds filled with raised bed mix. If you are interested in applying for a bed, please review the garden info/rules and apply at the link in our bio. All applications received by March 25 at noon will be placed into a random lottery for the available beds.

Trail Closure Update

A section of the Sakonnet Greenway Trail, most of the Middletown Southern Loop on Newport National Golf Club property west of Mitchell’s Lane, is closed for safety purposes during golf course construction. A map of the affected area can be seen here. For everyone’s safety, please stay off closed trails. More details here.
