Making a gift through your will or living trust:

A bequest is a gift made through your will or trust and is one of the easiest and most flexible ways to make a gift to the Land Trust and create your own personal legacy. Please click here for more information.

Make a gift of an IRA charitable rollover of qualified charitable distribution (QCD):

If you are 70 ½ or older, you can make a tax-free transfer of up to $108,000 directly to the Land Trust. Beginning in the year you turn 73, you can use your gift to satisfy all or part of your required minimum distribution (RMD). Please click here for more information.

Making a gift through a selected financial product:

A beneficiary designation allows you to name the Land Trust as a beneficiary to receive all or a part of assets such as retirement plans, life insurance, commercial annuities, bank accounts, certificates of deposit and money market funds. Please click here for more information.
